About These Terms
Effective October 27, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using the Idaho Burst Pipe Pros website and phone service. By using this website or calling our number, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain language so they are easy to follow. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the law.
A Free Referral Service
Idaho Burst Pipe Pros is a free referral service. When you call us, we take details about your problem and pass them to an independent local pro who covers your area. We are not the contractor. We do not carry out repair, drying or restoration work ourselves, and the pros are independent businesses, not our employees.
The independent local pro who helps you is responsible for their own work, their own pricing and their own scheduling. Any agreement about work at your property is between you and that pro. Calling us is free, and using this service does not oblige you to accept any quote or to hire any pro we connect you with.
Arrival Times
A local pro can typically arrive in 30–60 minutes. That is a typical window based on past calls, not a promise. Travel times depend on where you live, the time of day, the weather, road conditions and how busy the pro is. We cannot promise that a pro will arrive within any set time, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as closed roads or severe winter storms. If a delay is expected, the pro should tell you when they call you back.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate details when you call, including your correct address, phone number and an honest description of the problem. If water is spreading, you should take reasonable steps to limit damage where you safely can, such as shutting off the main water valve. Never take steps that put you or anyone else at risk, and keep away from water that may have reached electrical fittings.
You are also responsible for deciding whether to accept a pro's quote and for any agreement you make with that pro.
Quotes, Pricing And The Pro's Work
Any price, quote or estimate for work comes from the independent local pro, not from us. We do not set the pro's prices and we cannot confirm a price on the pro's behalf. Before work starts, ask the pro for the full cost in writing, what the cost covers and how payment is handled.
Questions about the quality, timing or results of the work itself should go to the pro who carried it out, because that pro is responsible for their own work. If you cannot reach the pro, contact us and we will pass your message on where we reasonably can.
Limits On Our Liability
We run a phone and website service that connects callers with independent local pros. We are not responsible for work carried out by a pro, for a pro's pricing or scheduling, or for any damage that happens before, during or after a pro's visit. The information on this website is general guidance only. It is not a diagnosis of your property's problem, and only a pro who checks your home in person can confirm what is wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law. Where the law allows limits, our responsibility is limited to losses that are a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of our own failure to run this service with reasonable care.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the service changes or the law changes. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date at the top. Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you keep using the website or phone service after a change, that counts as accepting the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute connected with this website or our phone service will be handled in the courts of Idaho, unless the law gives you the right to use another court. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply in full.
